Our Parkdale Doctors:
Dr Dale W. Schneider
"Dr Dale" is owner and founder of Parkdale Pet Care. Dr Dale is a strong advocate of animals. He believes that all animals deserve the best possible care and all owners the compassion, understanding and education that is necessary to provide the optimum care for their pets.
Dr Dale is a native of Northeastern Wisconsin. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota and received his undergraduate degree from UW- River Falls. Professionally, Dr Dale is very interested in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in companion animals.
Dr Dale and his wife, Carla, have lived in the West Bend area for over twenty years. They own two Golden Retrievers (pictured with Dr Dale is Brik), a Doberman and "Wilson", a Pom-Chihuahua Mix as well as seven cats and their blind deer; "Raymond". Ask Dr Dale about Raymond the deer...it's a heartwarming story!

Dr Lisa Chapman
Dr Chapman joined our team in November 2006. She is a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine and also holds a BS degree in Molecular Biology from UW. Professionally, she has a special interest in surgery and dentistry. Dr Lisa is originally from the Milwaukee area and has a twin sister who is a cardiologist.
Dr Lisa has two children (of the four-legged variety). Grizzly (pictured) is her black Labrador Retriever and Kelso, is an orange tabby cat. Dr Lisa enjoys competitive waterskiing, Badger football and spending time with family, friends and pets.
Dr Lorin Shearburn
Dr Lorin joined the PPC team in 2009. She is a longtime advocate for companion animals and is passionate about their care. She has volunteered for over 15 years in shelters including Harmony House for Cats in Chicago, the Wisconsin Humane Society, Dane County Humane Society and Dane County Friends of Ferals. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary medicine from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2006. She was awarded the AAFP Feline Medicine and Surgery award her senior year. She is a member of the MVMA, WVMA, AVMA, HSVMA and American Association of Feline Practioners.
Dr Shearburn has 2 orange kitties, Perseus and Orinon and a Beagle named Baxter. Dr Shearburn writes an online feline wellness column for examinar.com as the Milwaukee Cats Examiner. She also enjoys yoga, gardening, playing music and spending time with her husband and daughter.
